1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the chauffeur services provided by Harrisons of Liverpool Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Bookings
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete details when booking. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect information.
2.3 Any special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change unless a booking has been confirmed.
3.2 Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash and other approved payment methods.
3.3 Any changes to the booking(extra stops/waiting etc…) on the day of travel will be chargeable if they’re not reflected in the original quote.
3.4 Full payment may be required prior to the service date unless otherwise agreed.
3.5 Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation charges may apply depending on when the booking is cancelled:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service: No charge.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the service: 50% of the booking fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service: 100% of the booking fee.
4.2 Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 working days.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund in such cases.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
5.1 Passengers must ensure they are ready for pick-up at the agreed time and location. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation.
5.2 Passengers must behave responsibly during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if passengers act inappropriately.
5.3 Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges for repair or cleaning.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
6.2 Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
6.3 We do not accept liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
